MAXXIME full planning and styling service consists of the following aspect:

  • Provide personal consultations to explain the planning process, answer questions and advise.
  • Organizing sight visits to find your dream event destination.
  • Assist with all the preparation of the budget and provide guidance and suggestions.
  • Develop and manage event styling and decoration.
  • Pre-event meetings to discuss all the details.
  • Guidance throughout Event decision-making and etiquette.
  • Identify, provide recommendations, and verify availability as necessary, with vendors and service providers based on price and quality of service and stylistic needs.
  • Choosing a unique theme, design and collect/share photos and ideas to aid in the event design.
  • Provide on-going exchange of décor ideas and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and assist with the finalization of the venue layout, tabletop design, floral design, and other visual details related to rentals and props, as necessary
  • Assist with the development and production of “Save the Date” invitations and e-mails, wedding website, formal invitations, place cards, favor tags, table numbers, menu cards, programs, signage, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics and details with venue & vendors.
  • Develop, update and manage event timeline.
  • Develop and manage production schedule.
