Our 360-degree planning process is fully customisable—from finding the right and original venue, curating a delicious dinner with the best chefs, entertaining a fantastic show, to creating that perfect ambience for your guests— we help you to create an unforgettable experience for your guests!

MAXXIME full planning and styling service consists of the following aspect:

Provide personal consultations to explain the planning process, answer questions and advise.
Organizing sight visits to find your dream event destination.
Assist with all the preparation of the budget and provide guidance and suggestions.
Develop and manage event styling and decoration.
Pre-event meetings to discuss all the details.
Guidance throughout Event decision-making and etiquette.
Identify, provide recommendations, and verify availability as necessary, with vendors and service providers based on price and quality of service and stylistic needs.
Choosing a unique theme, design and collect/share photos and ideas to aid in the event design.
Provide on-going exchange of décor ideas and recommendations.
Coordinate and assist with the finalization of the venue layout, tabletop design, floral design, and other visual details related to rentals and props, as necessary
Assist with the development and production of “Save the Date” invitations and e-mails, wedding website, formal invitations, place cards, favor tags, table numbers, menu cards, programs, signage, etc.
Coordinate logistics and details with venue & vendors.
Develop, update and manage event timeline.
Develop and manage production schedule.
On-site coordination by our event professional(s) who provides a high-end level of service at your disposal. Don’t worry, we got you!

Based in Dubai, the hub where the standards of safety, quality and service within the hospitality are set, CTD sets the tone for a hands on, virtual and 24/7 on-demand lifestyle management agency that matches your personality. We offer a very exclusive concierge service which includes:

Dedicated staff from Monday to Friday (office hours from 9 am to 6 pm)
Luxury Hotel booking & travel service and management
Inspiring restaurant recommendations and reservations for individuals or groups
Travel hosting and collaborations with the most reliable local companies, and coordination of transfers for individual guests according to their needs
Planning and coordination of insider activities for out-of-town guests
Individual spa and hair bookings at hotels or in local salons
Guest management for any specific request
Worldwide assistance during guest stay (Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm)

The total fee requested for this service is Euro 2.000 ex VAT.
